After my smart home hub (I'm using a [Brand Name] Hub) auto-updated, a bunch of my devices have been glitching. My living room lights turn on randomly at 3 AM, the thermostat keeps resetting to 72°F, and my smart lock occasionally shows as 'unresponsive' in the app even though it works fine manually.

I've tried the usual stuff: rebooting the hub, restarting my router, and re-pairing a couple of the problem devices. It helps for a few hours, then the weird behavior comes back. I checked the release notes for the update, but they were pretty vague about 'general stability improvements'.
